Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders within New Zealand usually arrive in 2–5 business days, and Australia in 4–10 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and items in your cart. You’ll always see the total before you pay.
Q: Can I return or exchange a product?

A: Absolutely! All our products are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

A: Proudly Aotearoa NZ based, with some products carefully curated by us from overseas. Some items may be enhanced with native ingredients or repackaged locally by us.
